It is that time of year again when the Easter Bunny hops right through Adventureland to bring smiles to kids of all ages. There are springtime surprises — with all the fun of the amusement park, too. This annual event brings joy, laughter, and tons of Easter-themed fun for families year after year.
This time, Suffolk Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is sponsoring Egg Scramble on Saturday, April 5th at Adventureland. If you are in the Long Island area, this is a family event you won’t want to miss. Mark your calendar!
Egg Hunts, Games, and Prizes
So, what can you expect at Egg Scramble? Throughout the park you will find games, prizes, and entertainment. All things to keep your little ones engaged.
The main attraction is a hunt for sweet Spring surprises that is safe for everyone. Rather than one gigantic egg drop that is over within minutes, Adventureland is full of treat stations where staff and sponsors pass out treat-filled eggs. Known as “Sweet Street,” these hot spots are found throughout the park.
Families can safely set out on the hunt for these stations together!
Of course, it wouldn’t be Egg Scramble without a visit from the Easter Bunny— how else would the eggs make it to Adventureland? And this bunny wouldn’t pass up a photo opportunity so keep your camera handy.
A Day of Fun at Adventureland
In addition to all the egg-citing fun of Adventureland, you also get to enjoy the park as both are included in the price of admission. And yes, that means the thrilling rides and attractions that have been a Long Island family fav for over six decades.
Rides like the FireBall, Moon Chaser, Frisbee, Turbulence Coaster, and Mystery Mansion are perfect for thrill seekers— and everyone has a favorite. But there are also plenty of family rides, too, such as the Sports Tower, Wave Swing, Rattlesnake Coaster, the Merry-Go-Round, and so many others. If kiddie rides are your thing, you will find a long list, like Alfie’s Express, Alfie Swings, NYC Race, Viking Voyage, and more.
You will find outdoor games, an arcade, and plenty of places to relax and refuel.

Thousands of children with parents and grandparents have attended Egg Scramble in past years. Knowing before you go can help you have a smooth experience. Here are a few key details.
Adventureland is located at 2245 Broad Hollow Road (Route 110) in Farmingdale, NY 11735. Again, this special Easter event is included in the price of admission for Adventureland at this location on April 5, 2025. Gates open at 11 am.
Currently, several admissions options are available, including daily and season passes, as well as military discounts. Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the park.
